BTW...if you "do not see anything "wrong" with being gay," then no, I don't particularly care if you vote for R candidates.
You have demonstrated the ability to embrace what is wrong by definition.
Exactly right. However we should actively recruit the African American vote, not so much for electioneering, but that they are typically conservatives. 10 fold for the Latinos.
You asked me about if I had anything against homosexuals, I answered no.
I also have nothing against sodomy, either 2 guys or a straight guy with his wife. It can be very classy . . . :-)
So in your opinion, the R party is the party of "we think gays are bad"?
Interesting.
So let me get this straight: People who think calling someone names doesn't make your point only think that way because they're cowards? What's brave (or cowardly for that matter) about calling someone a name?
There aren't four million. And pollsters really shouldn't limit their sample to residents of San Francisco and then claim their results are indicative of the hole country.
There is nothing subjective about a statement objectively recognizing that homosexuality in inherently predatory and destructive to the health of its adherents and to the culture around them.
"There aren't four million."
And your proof of that is...
But insulting a class of people with a belittling slur is bad, too.
Fat is bad. Should we call Gore or Cheney a disgusting fatso? It's a free country and we could, but what is the point? It is rude, it distracts from useful criticism, and it's mean.
Well I will admit to being untutored in trailer-park chic, but I can't conceive of any way to make a head bobbing like a turkey while using one's mouth for a vagina look refined.
I won't even address the romantic uses of fecal matter.
No: People who become apoplectic and shout over calling names are.
It's displacing the shame over not having the courage to oppose the group that you know will hurt you onto the group you know will not.

The left most certainly have the playbook & the rule book
By focusing on the f-word, they negate Ann's comments about conservative policies not being anti-gay.
I see.
Well, forgive me if I hold a *slightly* different opinion. :-D
FRiend, I'll simply say that there's a whole other side to life that you might not be comfortable with. :-D
To each their own, eh? Or maybe you don't feel that way . . .
Here's a quiz, just two quick questions:
1. You are a student at a four year university in an American History survey course. Your history professor tells the class that robber barons preyed on workers and customers through monopolies to support their unbridled greed. If you want to balance or overcome the effect of this drivel and convince your fellow students that conservatism is the better ideology, should you...
A. Point out how the so-called robber barons like Carnegie and Rockefeller made it easier for the common man to afford products that improved their lives, and used the profits to benefit mankind
B. Use the professor's own published work to prove his unswerving support of Marxist ideology, rendering his views on any capitalist operation suspect at best
C. Ask the professor whether all retards have sex with their mothers like he does, then sit down and wait for his answer. When he objects to your slanderous statement, you accuse him of trying to shut you up based on ideology.
2. You are running for city council in a town of 25,000 people. Your opponent is the incumbent and is related to the owner of a local airport. He wants to temporarily raise property taxes and use the money to fund major improvements to the local airport, including a runway extension so 737s and larger airliners can fly in and out. Do you...
A. Run ads detailing the effect of the taxes on the local economy and showing figures that prove no increased air service will materialize
B. Run ads detailing his history of tax hikes to fund pet projects, including several "temporary" tax increase that are still in place
C. Wait until you meet in a debate, and then ask in your opening statement when he will stop having sex with his dog.
Now...Your point seems to be that anyone who would rule out option C as a good tactic is a coward, displacing his shame over not having the courage to stand up against the enemy. Sure you want to keep going with that line of reasoning?
Your post 51 is dead on.
I'm no Rudy supporter, but your analogy is flawed...and so is Minn's to a certain extent. It's more like a choice between slepping with a fat chick and having Hillary come in and sodomize you with a foreign object of her choice.
