Federal funding for faith based charities and agencies comes to mind. Having a president who says "God bless America" like he means it. Which is to say, having the "bully pulpit" to persuade the uncommitted to consider conservative values. Until a majority of Americans believe in those values, they cannot be enacted into law, at least in a democracy.

Tell you what...I'll concede the point to you as soon as any kind of prayer is returned to school.

There has never been a majority of Americans who believe school prayer violates the establishment clause.

The fact is much of liberal philosophy has been codified into defacto law. There is no conservative analog worth mentioning.
