I don't know that there could be a "woman issue" with any male candidate. Unless they are chasing women in their twenties or abusing women, no one cares. We don't need to rehash the old argument that Clinton's problem wasn't adultery... it was his abuse of power, lying under oath, etc.

Can you give him a call or send him this link??

Who, Thompson? I accidentally deleted his cell number from my phone, but I could try to locate it. ;-)

Seriously, I'll try to see if I can't send this to the draft Thompson forum, or see if I can dig up another contact.

That you did; not to worry, we're use to it; there are goons here that still think women should be home, cooking and well, you know.

They usually get their butts handed to them by "desperate housewives," as one of the more mouthy of them is want to call us.

Better than running with scissors. Because a good boy doesn't do that.

I was being truthful earlier when I said I hadn't seen it, too. Funny that it popped up so quickly...

Civil discourse is engagement in conversation intended to enhance understanding. Done well, it can drive to insight that is actionable in the context of furthering individual dignity and improving society.

Did you see that the entire Friday night panel, Krauthammer, Mort and Fred, pooh-poohed Thompson's chances at running? Based on the fact that he's too recently been an actor apparently.

Apparently they haven't seen this thread...

Even thought I have been hoping Hunter to get the GOP ticket ( I originally was a George Allen fan ) I would welcome either Thomson to get the GOP ticket, or Hunter.... the rest ( maybe Newt ) don't pass the smell test.
Hunter/Thomson or Thomson/Hunter 2008, I am happy with either.
