Then get JR to tell me himself that I'm not qualified to have the have the same opinion he has. That won't change the fact that Rudy is not qualified to be president, but I'll stop posting that opinion on JR's site, when and if he tells me to. In the mean time, try to remember whose site this is.

I'm sure he's got a little war chest. I'm sure he's had some side ventures since his run for the Senate.Don't forget about all the 100K+ fines Keyes has to pay back for those pesky *mistakes* that caught up with him.

The Christian Right, which I grew up with, has whored itself out to the pursuit of political power on the federal level. It should repent and get back to the job of espousing the happy state of being cleansed by the grace of Jesus, and the personal responsibilities to repudiate the false god of more and more trinkets and toys, while hoping that they can get some guy in power who will stave off cultural collapse. This is worshiping a false god, or what the old faithful called "idolatry." Where have you been? That's an outstanding post. All of it.

... but the fifth column disruptors are the liberals who infest this forum and promote candidates who stand for just about everything that this forum stands AGAINST.I see those folks you mentioned more as 'opponents'. They are not pretending to be something else. Fifth columnist pretend to be something other than what they are in order to change the direction of the group they are pretending to be part of.

Too bad he left...... You're not kidding. This site is much dumber for the loss. Common Tator was incredibly insightful.

No, Dems won because the picture was painted that the Repubs in congress were either dirty, or, knew about the dirty ones and did nothing about them. And, people couldn't support that.

The fifth column disruptors are those who promote liberal candidates whose positions are in opposition to the majority of the Republican Party Platform. **********
Exactly. Giuliani is not a conservative, and we are not in the last few months before the primary. Promoting his campaign is a complete surrender of conservative ideals.

Well, I am rather shocked to see so many FReepers and Republicans in full support of and actually arguing FOR the liberal/socialist positions on abortion, gay rights, gun control, first amendment restrictions, global warming. insecure borders, and other leftist issues. Free Republic is a conservative site and has always opposed liberalism, socialism, Marxism and tyranny in any form. These positions should be condemned not supported.
I hope sanity is restored soon.

Being a verteran has no bearing whatsoever on whether a person is a troll or not. There are plenty of Viet Nam Vets not worthy of much respect at all, like Jon Carry.
I don't necessarily put 68 grunt ito that category, though.

I appreciate that....Thanks...

The problem with your analysis is this.
Those same people you would kick to the curb are 99.9% likely to also support all of your other platforms.
But, kick them to the curb if you like. The Republican party can remain the minority party. One Liberal Party in power is enough.
At least that party I know is my enemy.
BTW social issues aside, my support or lack of, for the current front runner has little or nothing to do with his marriage/divorces, abortion or whether or not he supports gay marriage.
It has everything to do with his LACK of support for the one thing that insures the People of the United States have the ability to defend themselves against their Government, AND his insistant support of the Illegal Invasion of our Country.
The other issues are important to be sure, but they are not deciding factors for me.
They are for others, and those the Republican Party will also lose if they continue down this path of "Just like the Dims but better" path they seem to be on.

I see those folks you mentioned more as 'opponents'. They are not pretending to be something else. Fifth columnist pretend to be something other than what they are in order to change the direction of the group they are pretending to be part of. Exactly. Just like the pro-abort liberals who disguise themselves as conservative Republicans in order to support a pro-abort liberal on a conservative forum. Many of these same fifth column disruptors spent their time here in 2003 discouraging support for conservative Republican McClintock in the California Recall Election and supporting liberal RINO Schwartzenkennedy. There still here and they're still discouraging support for the conservative candidates while promoting the most liberal ones. Yet they CLAIM to be conservative Republicans. Their behavior exposes them for the fifth columnists that they are.
