Best news that could happen for the existing home market. Check out the AP story today that shows existing home sales up an amazing 3% in January. This is the 5 increase in 6 months.
In a market where increases and declines are usually measured in 10ths of a %, this is huge. Lower home prices are the best way to clear up the bloated inventory and it is obviously working.
