Dark chocolate is good for somethign too.

And if chocolate helps one gets some action, that can be heart healthy and burns alot of calories.

I am a chocoholic so my brain waves must be great. What a bunch of BS. Just wait a few years and there will be a study out saying eating chocolate will hurt your memory.

Exactly.

To get the maximum benefits, no sugar.

Also, the cacao needs to be cold pressed and not heated over 120 degrees.
