I was puzzled by all the remarks about the laugh track. At the end of the show the camera panned over the audience who were cheering and clapping. At least that's what it looked like to me!
I'm not embarrassed to say I laughed the entire time--especially Barack Obama (B.O.) Magazine and the global warming guy. At least Brittany Spears wasn't responsible for those panty-less shots--it was global warming's fault!
I agree with your entire review... Having rewatched via TIVO, it was better the second time around and it didn't even sound like a laugh track (and I also noticed the audience pan both at the beginning and at the end). Good show... Will look forward to the next editions! Into my TIVO programming!
