I am on a Dating Service and the first question I am asked when I meet someone is what do I do for a living. The date is over at those words.
One stated any imcome but the vocation she wanted in a man was Banking and Finance.
One asked three times where I lived. The town I live in is mostly middle to low income. There's a small section of very high income homes. Apparenly, the women wasn't aware of that section. When she finally understood where I lived, for her, the date was over.
Women in their forties and higher are looking for security and nothing else matters after that point.

I disagree. I am an older woman. Income is an issue as far as I am concerned. I make a fairly good income, and I want someone who can keep up his end. I am past arguing about money. A CNA making 18K or a gentleman ekking it out on just SSI just isnt going to work. My net worth is above average and I am a good money manager. I plan a comfortable but not spectacular retirement and I would like to enjoy it with someone who loves me and can row the boat with me.
