I like Rudy...on many things.

He is apparently soft and squirrelly on the 2nd Admendment though...and that can be a BIG issue.

Rudy explained his stance on the 2nd amendment the other night. He was very clear he supports the 2nd amendment but each State needs the ability to handle it in their own way and not involve the Feds.

HANNITY: The issue of guns has come up a lot. When people talk about mayor Rudy Giuliani New York city had some of the toughest gun laws in the country. Do you support the right of people to carry handguns.

GIULANI: I understand the second amendment. People have the right to bear arms. As mayor of New York I took over at a very, very difficult time.

HANNITY: Generally speaking do you think it's acceptable if citizens have the right to carry a handgun?

GIULIANI: It's part of the constitution. People have the right to bear arms.

Given the above bold declarative statments, I doubt Rudy is going to repeal the 2nd amendment.
