Rudy explained his stance on the 2nd amendment the other night. He was very clear he supports the 2nd amendment but each State needs the ability to handle it in their own way and not involve the Feds.

With all due respect...I listened..and he was soft on the 2nd Amendment.

In so many words he said it was basically situational.......
