Shouldn't it be the "Woo-Woo Monologues"?

Apparently it means something different in Jolly Olde England:

Too funny.

Though I fail to see the attraction.

"Taco Monologues" may draw the lunch crowd.

This "play" is disgusting, and the playwright is disgusting and it all adds up to a depressing amount of vulgarity in our culture.

Some said hoohaa is a strange word and that its definition depends on its context, while others said it sounds like a country band.

Hamlet, Prince of Denmark might suggest it is a reference to "country matters."

The PETA crowd would have objected to the Beaver Monologues.

The Vagina Monologues...

Guys, if it's talking to itself, you're doing something wrong. On the other hand, if it's talking to itself and you're hearing an echo, it's time to move on.

A one person monologue from a stage is not a "play", it's a lecture, and that's the form of these performances, which typically preach shallow neo-marxist politics to the converted. There are no questions. no dilemmas, no subtleties usually present in stage plays, only demagogy. Samuel Beckett was perhaps the only playwright who could pull a one man play (Krapp's Last Tape), but these current favorites are amateurs. There is another one in this vein, no doubt inspired by the Talking Pussy play, titled In Search of My Clitoris. (I kid you not!)
