More voters say they would be comfortable with former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani as president than other top 2008 contenders, though majorities would also be comfortable with other leaders from both parties, according to the latest FOX News Poll. In addition, of all the 2008 hopefuls announced or frequently mentioned as a possibility voters want to hear more from one candidate specifically: Illinois Sen. Barack Obama.
Opinion Dynamics Corporation conducted the national telephone poll of 900 registered voters for FOX News from January 30 to January 31. The poll has a 3-point error margin.

If only what he was posting were true.
I've done a considerable amount of my own research on Giuliani to know his positions on the issues. Hillary's positions are an open book. I'm pretty familiar with both the GOP`s and the Democrats positions on the issues. Both the GOP and Dem party platforms have been basically unchanged for 26 years and 40 years, respectively. The specific issues listed on Spiff`s chart and what I know about the principles involved, show a strong reliability factor. Debating each issue individually, may reveal new details and points. People can always make an argument on any issue. But the big picture is about right. Besides, I trust Spiff.
I'm glad there are a few of us left. I tend to view anyone who would as a coward, willing to vote for someone who supports murder, as long as it's not them being murdered.
That is your OPINION and nothing more. I happen to disagree.
Rudy and Romney are NOT being "pushed"; though McCain had been pushed, for DECADES, by the MSM, as the "maverick" and as the "good Republican", when he sides with Dems in the Senate.
You asked me a question.
I took you seriously, which was rather stupid and foolish on my part, and wasted time and effort answering you. You have chosen to completely ignore every single salient fact and explanation I gave you.
Instead, you have responded to be in not only a smarmy, b ut contemptuous manner. And, IF, as you claim, patting yourself on the back with both arms, until the bones were cracking so loudly, that I could hear them, that you are such an INVOLVED political operative, you should have ALREADY KNOWN what I told you.
Thank you for proving, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that you are not a serious poster and one whose questions should not only NOT be answered, but laughed at.
I wasn't being mean and go ask someone else your questions! LOL
If you do have facts to back up your wild accusation ---- that Newt is in cahoots with Hillary to nationalize the US healthcare system ---- lets see those facts. Otherwise, all you're doing is stating a falsehood.
They mean NOTHING and that is a fact.
Go look it up. I don't do links and you know it.
And I'm through answering questions from people who then completely ignore my replies.
Its not a fact, its your opinion, and you're welcome to it.
I've done research on that matter. There is nothing to back up your accusation against Newt. He is not working with Hillary to nationalize the healthcare system. So until you post the relevent facts to back up your accusation, we'll have to call it as we see it. Nothing but a falsehood.
Did you read Jim Robinson's post? Why call it spam?
I loved the movie the Matrix.. it seemed so realistic in a metaphorical way..
I did. Jim doesn't spam. The other poster does in spades.
Great, I wasn't being mean in #555 either. You really read that wrong. Wasn't about you at all.
It's not an "opinion"; but it is your opinion of a fact. LOL
Oh HORSEFEATHERS and in spades!
But "shadow governments" are very real and sometimes we've had them in America.
