The Dem strategist's name is Robin Swanson, and it was a discussion about Biden because apparently he said it first and she just loves the word so much she repeated it a couple times. LOL - I rewound it trying to figure out what context she used it in as well after getting that .. interesting .. definition.

Here is Biden's comment from the NY Observer interview: "“John Edwards wants you and all the Democrats to think, ‘I want us out of there,’ but when you come back and you say, ‘O.K., John’”—here, the word “John” became an accusatory, mocking refrain—“‘what about the chaos that will ensue? Do we have any interest, John, left in the region?’ Well, John will have to answer yes or no. If he says yes, what are they? What are those interests, John? How do you protect those interests, John, if you are completely withdrawn? Are you withdrawn from the region, John? Are you withdrawn from Iraq, John? In what period? So all this stuff is like so much Fluffernutter out there. So for me, what I think you have to do is have a strategic notion. And they may have it—they are just smart enough not to enunciate it.”"

Hey man...Biden used the word: 'Fluffernutter' first! I am only repeating it for those in the know....LOL

Never heard more than it was a sandwich concoction between peanut butter and marshmallow creme.

Going to bed now..before I get banned for 'explanations without due cause'....LOL

For The Record...

We don't eat 'fluffernutters' in the south!

We eat Chicken Fried Steaks.....LOL(at least the REAL men and women do)

I doubt it. I considered myself lucky to stumble across that more recent photo awhile back on a Russian website about terrorism.

LOL!! I pulled my husband over and asked him if he'd heard of the word/definitions. He'd heard of the sandwich :). Plus it's Urban Dictionary, so it's user defined. You're off the hook...

Was he implicated in planning the Beslan murders?

Not to my knowledge, but if even Hezbollah has been implicated in anyway at all in Beslan ... he was most surely behind it. One of his nicknames is "The Link" because he would coordinate terrorists and terrorism plans between varying sects like Sunni, Shia, etc. (You know, all those groups we're told HATE each other and would rather die than unite to fight us).

Here are two images of Imad with a mustache but sans the beard. It is thought, however, that he has visited the best plastic surgeons in the world since these shots were taken years ago.

Sorry, Donna is right. I had forgotten about that passport photo without the beard!

To clarify, the top picture shows Mugniyah on the left, then Al Din in the middle, and then Atwa far right. Both Al Din and Atwa are on the FBI's Most Wanted Terrorist List with Mugniyeh.

Here is a picture of Imad with a beard but it is one that gives a good indication of how he might look clean-shaven (without plastic surgery).

"talking about him" ---if history is any guide , that probably means that within about 90 days, something big may happen with his signature on it.
In retrospect, think of how much mention the name Osama bin Laden got on all media (plenty) in the months preceding 9/11, when he was still an abstraction, just one more oddly named menace among many, many, "better-established" menaces.Once 9/11 happened, the name was brought in again, and I'm sure sounded vaguely familiar to a lot of people, but just think of how many times since then you may have seen re-runs, say, of SNL, or some news analysis show, and the name came up from 6 months, a year, or two or even three years earlier.

Tehran's Terror Master

http://www.frontpagemag.com/Articles/ReadArticle.asp?ID=18188

Early on the morning of March 16th, 1984, William Buckley left for work at the American embassy in Beirut, Lebanon. Officially, Mr. Buckley, a decorated veteran of the Special Forces, served as the political officer at the embassy. In reality, however, Mr. Buckley was the embassy’s CIA station chief. On his way to the compound, Buckley’s car was stopped by a group of masked men, who forced him from his car at gunpoint. His assailants would later be identified as terrorists from the group Islamic Jihad, which served as an alias for the real perpetrators, Hezbollah. The circumstances surrounding the next 15 months of William Buckley’s life remain mysterious to this day. Hints of his plight were provided in disturbing video tapes, in which he appeared worn down and brutalized.

It was later revealed that additional tapes were shot showing the CIA station chief being viciously tortured and beaten by Islamic Jihad members. Finally, sometime in October of 1985, Buckley died of pneumonia, no doubt stemming from the lengthy torture sessions. His main interrogator and tormentor was a 21 year old Lebanese terrorist named Imad Mugniyah.

(snip)

Mugniyah has also sought to extend Hezbollah’s reach to North America. In 2000, federal authorities arrested 18 men in North Carolina for smuggling cigarettes and other financial crimes.

The FBI later revealed that the smuggling ring, led by Lebanese immigrant Mohamad Hammoud, had made 7.9 million dollars, profit which was then sent to Hezbollah. Through a series of associates, Hammoud worked for a man named Mohamad Dbouk, a senior Hezbollah asset who helped run Hezbollah’s extensive criminal operations in Canada. Testifying before the U.S. Senate, U.S. Attorney Robert J. Conrad confirmed that Mugniyah directly oversees the Canadian operations and, by extension, the American division.

Because of Mugniyah's many attacks against U.S. citizens, the U.S. government has made several attempts to apprehend him. He was located in France in 1986, but the French government refused to hand him over to the United States.

In 1995, U.S. intelligence learned that Mugniyah was on a flight bound for Beirut from Khartoum. Washington arranged for the flight to make an unscheduled stop in Jeddah, but Saudi officials refused to let Mugniyah leave the plane, which continued on to Beirut.

The next year, U.S. intelligence received a tip that Mugniyah was on a ship in the Persian Gulf called the Ibn Tufail. U.S. military forces quickly put together a plan to take the ship, but the operation was called off at the last minute when intelligence officials could not verify that Mugniyah was indeed on the ship.

Hmmm .. that would've been in 1996 ... and guess who was
the president and who his national security advisor was??

Imad Mugniyah has murdered Americans around the world with impunity and has been protected by France, Saudi Arabia, US State Department, and US President-BJC, by failing to prosecute our bitter enemies! Something is wrong with this picture and we must awake to the traitors amongst us before we can begin to fight this war!

Is this rat Shiite or Sunni? Seems Shiite on the face of it. I think he's in bad health otherwise he would have pulled something off. Lots of terrorists seem to get cancer
