A question which could be interesting, though, is whether Meehan actually told Nifong what the DNA results showed, or whether he hinted to Nifong that he might not like them and so Nifong asked not to be told. If the latter is true, Nifong might technically be telling the truth about not having seen the results or known what they said. Not that his behavior would be any less despicable, but it would avoid one of the charges against him.
The Dem power machine evidently faced the music that Nifong could not persist after knowing that this damning piece was going to air.

Even now, only about 10% of the blatant inconsistencies and lies are being set forth -- but that's better than nothing. Nice touch using a black lawyer to comment on Nifong's withholding of exculpatory evidence, too.

During scottie's yapping between the "interview" seconds, he consistently called the President of the United States of America, MISTER BUSH.
This despicable POCrap isn't asking "tough" questions, he is stating HIS opinions as fact and expecting the President to respond to them.
EXAMPLES: "You are not very popular with the American people.
Many people think you are stubborn."
"Many Americans feel you haven't been straight with them."
"Many Americans don't believe in this war in Iraq."
"How can you escalate this war when Americans don't want it?"
