I write FNC all the time about Shep and his big smarmy mouth. He thinks he's such hot *&%$ and I can't STAND him. I think his groupies delete all my emails. There's no reason we need TWO hours of him M-F... when they could've brought back a real journalist in just ONE of those hours - Linda Vester.

Devlin is the last name of the perp.

Or Shawn wrote the first post. Then the perp examined his history and went in and wrote the second one to cover his tracks. That is why he changed Devlin from the last name in the first post to the location in the second, to cover up for Kirkwood. It also explains why he would write the second in stereotypical black slang/speech, apologizing for the first post.
