I have no words.....
The better solution is not being implemented.

OMG -- he changed that much. Damn pedophiles are clever ---they pick pre-puberity boys and know they'll change dramatically.
Damn them ALL to Hell and into electric chairs, gas chambers, gurnies and a needle or the general populace of prison.

He didn't even have the class to shoot himself. He won't survive in prison.
Oh. My. God.
Me either. If there is, I hope it comes out. At least then, he will get the death penalty. He deserves it as is.
I'm thinking maybe he wrote those posts to give them a clue where he was... maybe.
From the Elizabeth Smart case we know there's a phenomenon where the victim doesn't necessarily run for help - it's survival mode. After so many years, who knows what was going through his mind.
It was probably a nice neighborhood. These creeps can be anyone.

"Shawn Devlin" from "Kirkwood".
Look at the entry above it. "Shawn" from "Devlin". Wonder if he was trying to send them a clue?
Amazing how something can be so hidden, and in hindsight be so right under your nose.
God bless these boys and their families.
Honestly I don't think so. It's too coincidental.
A nasty, mean and evil person, no matter his age. I can't imagine trying to strip hope from a grieving family. Well, "HAR" on him.
I know what you mean! My sibling and I (they more then me) hung out at the Kirkwood Imos and they knew him by name. He was always in theere and worked there at some point.I recogine the photo.
Wow, thank God.
I grew up in Webster - now reside in Manchester.
Yes...bless his heart!
Can't type well on the couch.. :-) Sorry for the misspellings.....
Good Lord.
Not bizarre at all; many victims of sexual predators become pervs, themselves; about 10% if from a "normal" families, ballpark 30% if from a dysfunctional home. A fractional percentage do not become sexual offenders, but do end up committing other violent crimes. Stayner was one. I could be more definite with the percentages, but, of the studies that exist, most have methodological problems, variances in types of offenders studied, or some other incongruency that makes it difficult to either trust the results or correlate them with other studies.
What is apparent, however, is that, if both of these boys in this particular case get the love and support they need from their families, the odds are very much in their favor that they'll turn out alright in the longer run and go on to live full, healthy, happy lives.
WOW! THAT GAVE ME CHILLS!
No doubt it was the boy
