And then when someone makes good of themselves and survives the war-zone they grew up in the "leaders" want them to "give-back" to the community that tried to murder them (Give-back = handouts to Sharpton, Jackson, et al.)

We have plenty of examples of known black on black crime, so I don't know why you pick out a crime that is not known (yet) to be black on black. There were some other people in that limo (ethnicity not revealed), one of whom was shot in the head. That person, a female, was hitching a ride, and very lucky. The bullet did not quite enter her brain. Perhaps she was the target for all we know now.

The windows were heavily tinted, the shooter shot up the entire vehicle, not aiming at anyone in particular.

The area between 10th and Broadway and 11th and Speer is a hotbed of Hispanic gang activity.

We don't know yet if any of the limo occupants were involved in an alleged altercation at "The Shelter" earlier in the evening.

We don't know much about this crime yet, so it would be better to wait before pontificating on it. You could be right, or you could be embarrassed.

A few years ago, about a mile away, a black man was shot and killed while sitting on a bus bench. That shooting was a random act by a white neo-nazi skinhead.
