Some four decades ago, Enoch Powell, a British Conservative parliamentarian, delivered a controversial speech about immigration from Commonwealth countries. His words shocked his party leaders and led to his political downfall. Said Powell, soldier, academic and classicist in April 1968: "[T]he immigrant communities can organize to consolidate their members, to agitate and campaign against their fellow citizens, and to overawe and dominate the rest with the legal weapons which the ignorant and the ill-informed have provided. As I look ahead, I am filled with foreboding. Like the Roman, I seem to see the River Tiber foaming with much blood." ... The day after, Edwin Heath, leader of the Conservative Opposition, sacked Powell from his Shadow Cabinet post. Powell never again held another senior political post... But his words ring loud and clear as we look upon the sociopolitical phenomenon of our time, a phenomenon that has been called the Islamization of Europe's cities ... The prominent Swedish blogger who calls himself Fjordman has supplied some tormenting predictions about what Europe's Islamization entails: ... Soon they will travel from London to Paris, Amsterdam or Stockholm and find you have left one city dominated by burkas and Shariah (Muslim law) to yet another city dominated by burkas and Shariah. A 2004 study under the auspices of Frances inspector-general of education described a school system where Muslim students regularly boycotted classes when Rousseau and Moliere were discussed. The reason? Muslim students accused them of being anti-Islamic.... Population statistics support the Muslim claim that within a decade they will be the majority in all major cities like Amsterdam and Rotterdam. The massive concentration of Muslims in major European cities, writes Fjordman, will have dramatic consequences, some of which are already visible. If this concentration continues in Europe this is what the future holds...

I wish I could find this slogan on a bumper sticker.
What grandchildren? [Western] European women aren't having enough children to keep their own population levels maintained.
Of course. Would you want to be responsible for the creation of more Western Europeans?
Two points:
1) Hispanics voted 69% RAT in the 2006 elections.
SOURCE: PDF DOCUMENT, Pew Hispanic Center.
Furthermore, while Hispanics account for only 14% of the general population, they account for a whopping 22% of all American children under the age of 5. [And, by the way, Blacks, who vote 89% RAT, are seeing their proportion increase among children under 5, as well.]

2) In the battle to retain their congressional seats, Michigan is one of only four states [really three states and the DofC] that is losing population in absolute terms, and could very well lose a house seat in 2010.

Finally, if you're curious as to what a future Michigan might look like as the Muslims [not to mention the Hispanics & the Blacks] move out from their stronghold in Dearborn, then take a gander at The Fabulous Ruins of Detroit.
Come to think of it, I remeber a couple years ago, there was a post here saying that the actor John Rhys-Davies (who played Gimmli the Dwarf in the "Lord of the Rings Series" and the professor on "Sliders") where his father once told him that the biggest threat to Western Civilization will be Islam and this was about 1955 or so.
they've already sold the farm? Given the farm?
If you can keep a secret, his wife is a closet Freeper.
"As long as she is cute, good lookin' and has hear head screwed on straight, I wouldn't mind having her help me bring new Nowhere Men and Nowhere Women into the world. B-D"
A friend of mine married a socialist German girl who absolutely hated guns and American gun culture. He called me up one day and said "how about taking us to your range" to which I readily agreed. We started taking her shooting a couple of times a month and now the anti-gun, socialist, German girl has a concealed carry permit and a .45 auto to go with it.
What the europeans will do is not stand and fight and try to preserve their cultures. They will flee - to the US, Canada and elsewhere. Europe and Russia will be muslim, along with the middle east. No and So America, Asia and India will not. The question will be whether Muslims will want to co-exist, or demand that we "convert". While most Muslims will want to live in peace, there is the 10% who do not. It is that 10% that will condemn us to terrorism long into the future.
Ain't it the truth.
Islamaeurobad.
I think your 10 percent is entirely and generously too low. And I also believe that even the ones who "want to live in peace" would happily join their militant brethern in taking over this country if they thought they could get away with it. They are just waiting until they get their numbers up.
Rampant materialism and secularism has led Europeans to forsake family burdens and responsibilities. Furthermore, they are abandoning the Christian faith and failing to teach it to the offspring they do have. Secularism has no power to inspire anything but consumption, self-indulence, and dissipation. Western Europe's prospects are not very good, it appears.
My 10% figure come from the Mossad. Israeli intelligence actually estimates that 10% of Muslims are "militant", and, of these, only 10% will join the "war" against us. That's the good news. The bad news is that amounts to 12,000,000 people worldwide, enough for terrorism into the indefinite future.
What will they fight back with? They are disarmed and don't have the means to fight back. Nor do they have the stomach to fight back. Their choices will be limited to submitting to islam or fleeing.
You can have some made up at your local print shop.
America too. What matters is not so much what is replacing but what is being replaced.
Because of the much more stronger Jewish/Christian faith backround and the fact that Americans have the guns and the Europeans do not, America will not go down easy.
