The Drop Broke Saddam's neck killing him instantly. At the executions following the Nuremberg Trials others were not so lucky.

A number of the hanged Nazis died, not quickly from a broken neck as intended, but agonizingly from slow strangulation. Ribbentrop and Sauckel each took 14 minutes to choke to death, while Keitel, whose death was the most painful, struggled for 24 minutes at the end of the rope before expiring..."

Second that. I am grateful for this President's hard resolve against so many that are now trying to call his remaining two years unproductive. I see he'll have some huge challenges ahead but I do not see him caving into the dems and hang-wringers losing their nerve,if they had any in the first place. I am still saddened about Rumsfeld and kind of bitter over some losses, Santorum as one...but I believe this President will not be deterred. God Bless Him!
