I am still waiting for the 100 million dollar lawsuit against the county and Nifong. If he not only ignored but concealed exculpatory evidence, he should be sued. I would think that a lawsuit would be enough to boot him from the criminal case as well.

I can't believe he is still on the case. Obviously he has a conflict of interest inasmuch as his license to practice law now hinges entierly on whether or not the charges have merit. If he drops the charges he would be as much as admitting guilt to the ethics charges.

The case should be turned over to the State Attorney General immediately if not sooner. In fact the Attorney General should take the case from him.
