I can't believe he is still on the case. Obviously he has a conflict of interest inasmuch as his license to practice law now hinges entierly on whether or not the charges have merit. If he drops the charges he would be as much as admitting guilt to the ethics charges.

The case should be turned over to the State Attorney General immediately if not sooner. In fact the Attorney General should take the case from him.
