We are having some creamy Au Gratin Potatoes with the center cut pork chops .... and some nice rice so I can put a little of the gravey on it! I love rice! My wife prefers the potatoes. So I cook both!
I'm making pork chops (dredged in Wondra, salt n pepper, sauteed to a golden brown, with a dollop of Saucy Susan Spicy Peach/Apricot melted on top.) Plus Au Gratin Potatoes (which prompted this post) and fresh asparagus. MMMMMM
