I'm making pork chops (dredged in Wondra, salt n pepper, sauteed to a golden brown, with a dollop of Saucy Susan Spicy Peach/Apricot melted on top.) Plus Au Gratin Potatoes (which prompted this post) and fresh asparagus. MMMMMM

I am making split pea soup. 2 ham hocks in there I say. Smoked bad boys along with some garlic, onion, carrot, celery, bay leaf, home made chicken stock, oh and some peas too I guess.

Saucy Susan is *the* secret for the best pork you've ever tasted. We've been doing pork baby back ribs on the grill this way since the 80s.

Saucy Susan Spicy Peach/Apricot

Please tell me more about this sauce. I do like the fresh asparagus ... I like them steamed ... with just a little crunch left to them! Nice with a nice garlic butter sauce .
