I love Chinese food. Fried rice with ham! Pepper steak stir fry! Mmmmmmm! Wish I could do them at home like they do!

I love the Pepper steak. I use to make a very good fried rice with shrimp, bacon, and vegetables. Have not make it in years. I would put so much stuff in it that all we needed was a salad.
Why would you want to do something at home that the Chinese are willing to do for you and bring it to you?
