Every time I think I could relent and vote for McCain, he makes me re-think that posittion.

Mr. McCain, in his letter, mentions no specific type of "pollution," although carbon dioxide has been the main target of anti-global-warming lobbyists. Carbon dioxide is produced in large part by human breathing and cattle flatulence. Human brathing is a small factor in CO2 emmisions and cow flatulence is methane.
To: Gritty
"the first-ever national cap on global warming pollution."
I'll stay home before I vote for anybody with that on their agenda.

Every time I think I could relent and vote for McCain....I have made a vow to NEVER vote for McCrazy under any circumstance.
To: denydenydeny
If McCain does become the candidate, the same people here who are criticizing "cut-and-run-conservatives" for not voting straight Republican (and actually, they did - it was Reagan Democrats and independents who left town) will be on these threads saying that we have to vote for McCain because he is the Republican. Forget his 6 years of obstruction, his opposition to the Patriot Act and handling at Guantanamo, his obstruction of conservative judges, his authorship of the amnesty laws that will be passed.

I guess Mc Con wants us to hold our breadth (pun intended) and vote for him.
To: Gritty
IF by chance I had thought I could support McCain, this has removed all doubt I can "NOT" support this lunatic.

Thanks for posting this and linking to the printer friendly version of the article.
McCrazy seems very set on deliberately walking down a path that will prevent me from voting for him.
I suppose this letter is designed to appeal to the "center." But the center is squishy, filled with Politically Correct idiots that don't have a clue.

Yes. First time I ever got a letter from the Environmental Defense Fund. I don't know why I'm on McCain's mailing list, either, unless he bought someone else's conservative list.
I stuffed everything but my name into the post paid envelope and sent it back to them.
McCain is probably even worse than hillary, because he's insane. Hillary would be a disaster of epic proportions, but McCain could be a catastrophe if he ever got his finger on the nuclear football. This latest caper doesn't surprise me in the least.

Now, now, McCain may be turning over a new leaf. Perhaps he's going to get his environmentalist whacko friends to take notice of the destruction happening to the habitat of the border areas because it's being INVADED!
Stuff it, McCain.
