Merry Christmas AB... Merry Christmas all!
Thanks - am off now to do chores up the garden and then last minute Christmas shopping will check in later.
As always thanks for your dedication in putting up the thread.
Merry Christmas everyone!!
Will Ashley Smith be with him?
This sunday's Media Nuggets.
###### Finally! Kimberly(CBS) acknowledges the greatness of our Soldiers - debunking CNN'er Eason Jordon's theory of Soldiers targetting journalists. Says that killings are conducted by an act of evil and the victims are lucky if they have the care of the U.S. military. The U.S. military treated me as one of its own, saving my life a few times over, with the best people, the best training and the best equipment.
###### Chris Matthews - gets a dressing down... Nothing screams "clueless" like being shown the fool that you are by a Marine.
###### Christmas gifting - MSM Style! - Time Magazine Unit Cuts 27 Jobs. Carol Lin (Single mom with toddler who just lost her husband) is out from CNN & will be replaced by Rick Sanchez. Rene Syler out from CBS' The Early Show.
###### Deboltonizing! - The President has recess appointed Warren Bell & Mark McKinnon for Corporation for Public Broadcasting and Broadcasting Board of Governors.
###### Journalists used by antiwar officer for propaganda - found themselves used to convict him by Army prosecutors.
###### Challenging & defending MSM - ** Nobles ** and ** Knaves **.
###### Who Should You Believe - AP or Bloggers?.
###### RINOS & CINOS digging deeper - in bed with Enemedia.
###### Ex-Newsday boss gets prison term - In child porn case.
###### Jim Axelrod of CBS on this week's presser: "50 percent of Americans say they favor a beginning of an end to U.S. military involvement in Iraq. 43 percent said keep fighting". It 's clear from the questions that 100% of the press corps were representing only 50% of Americans (if their polls were to be believed).
###### What goes around ......... - Remember the WH press corps' shameful behaviour about First Lady Laura Bush's skin cancer treatment? Well, now liberal "journalist" Murray Waas whines that some (libral)journalist exposed his cancer treatment (as if it mattered anything to anyone). And it 's he, who "reported" earlier that 15 WH staffers including Rove will be indicted in Plame case.
###### Enemedia aiding the enemy - San Francisco Chronicle, Los Angeles Times, Associated Press, San Jose Mercury News and Bloomberg News are challenging Terrorist Surveillance Program via backdoor court case.
###### Want Ratings - Go Conservative! - Mike Rosen's open letter to CBS.
See U all next week!
It will be nice to see the first and second ladies this morning for the rest looks like bus. as usual.
Merry Christmas!
Thanks, AB, as always for the thread.
Now now if it weren't for Ashley Smith the Atlanta Police Department might STILL be searching for that killer. She saved the city of Atlanta atleast 60 or 70 thousand dollars.
Merry Christmas, Alas!
The "act of evil piece" was a terrific story of what it is really like In Iraq and even CBS had to thank the troops for what they do, nice to see.
Your piece De resistance was the blogger vs. AP story I never laughed so hard. Many in the blogopshere have sealed the AP's fate as nothing more than an arrogant bunch of journalistic wannbe's controlled by the DNC/DBM. This piece was hilarious and typical of what goes on. They(the AP) don't have a clue. Great job as usual anita.(And Merry Christmas)
