I've got to hand it Nifong. This is a good piece of strategy for him. There is no way that the duke players will be able to prove that they are innocent. Even the guy with the alibi will not be able to prove that they were not an accessory to "the crime".

So now we have the black woman saying they did it and the rest of them saying they did not.

Nifong can now force a plea bargain because with a sympathetic jury and no proof of innocence, who knows what will happen.
