Well Mike needed to keep the charges until after the election on November 7 or he could have possibly lost. He couldn't drop them too close to the election as it would have appeared to the idiots in Durham he was just doing it to get elected. So he waits a month and a half, drops the major charge at Christmas (possibly looking for some good will from the community) and to his followers in Durham it will appear he's still going to 'get' them. Kidnapping and sexual assault? Give me a break. He'll try to get the three to plead to lesser charges but they shouldn't. If this were to go to trial a jury would acquit them in 30 seconds. Even in Durham. Well maybe not Durham...

Now. Can we please get back to the real news in Durham. What's the lineup for the Board of Education this year? Will they provide a ring or will the mixup be in the boardroom again this year? :)
