You know, sometimes I really like Donald Trump. This is one of those times.
Rosie IS a loser. But, by God, she is good at it!

Rosie made only one good point. Donald had an affair and got a divorce from his first wife, had an affair and got a divorce from his second wife, has had children with these women, and now holds himself up as the moral guardian for these two young women. He's an a-hole.
To: TheKidster
Rosie really is out of control.
My wife actually like The View and she tapes it and I therefore see some parts of it. Rosie makes outlandish statements about everyone. She is insulting and crude and doesn't care how hurtful and unfair her comments may be.
Anyone who questions her gets a very quick "This is my opinion. I have a right to my opinion. Don't take away my right to speech!"
The flip side, of course, is that if anyone on the show says something with which Rosie disagrees, she is all over them, lambasting them for the hurtful, unfair thing they have just said, and she pounds them into the ground and tells them they have no right, in this land of freedom, to say such things.
She's a dangerous lunatic.

Yeah, this wont amount to anything, but if it did it would be fun to watch.
The only thing I hate about a Rosie-Trump lawsuit is that there has to be a winner. Too bad they both cant lose. Now THAT would be great.

I know. It's hard to decide which one to root for. Can they both bankrupt one another in court?

Rosie made only one good point. Donald had an affair and got a divorce from his first wife, had an affair and got a divorce from his second wife, has had children with these women, and now holds himself up as the moral guardian for these two young women. He's an a-hole. Which is probably why Donald went with the second chance route. If Donald would have booted her off, he would look like a hypocrit. Besides, I am shocked Rosey is attacking Donald on this. One of the rumors/allegation is that Miss USA was kissing Miss Teen USA. Rosey would be shouting homophobe if Donald would have fired her.
To: ClearCase_guy
One of these days the producers of the show she is on will get sued as well, as long as they have her as one of the "hosts" (aren't hosts supposed to be friendly, welcoming people? ;-).
To: HaveHadEnough
She's a bore and he's a jerk.
But at least he seems to be having fun.
To: TheKidster
After hearing about her comments, Trump fired back to PEOPLE, calling her "a woman out of control" and saying he planned to sue O'Donnell over her statements questioning his financial well-being.
Now rosie will sue Trump for defamation of character, it is not a 'women'

He actually said that? This isn't some parody of People magazine? He really said that? Man, he just opened all kinds of cans of worms. He is going to sue for defamation and he just defamed. Rosie will probably countersue and we will soon get some Judge's ruling about what constitutes "fatness" or how The Donald has mentally afflicted her with his hate speech.
Other than that, way to go Donald! You just said publicly what many of us have thought for a while now.

I don't see how the Donald is going to prove damages. Miss Rosie is not Steve Forbes.

It didn't work for Paula Poundstone or Margaret Cho either.
I thought Rosie was supposed to be the Queen of Nice. Everything I hear out of her piehole these days is sheer bitchery.
To: buck61
Very true. And this will only make more people want to watch The View, to see what the next chapter in this tit-for-tat is.
To: TheKidster
