The first person to stop at the accident was a physician, and the second an employee at a medical clinic. Life Flight (aka medflight) had Ian to the hospital in 3 minutes.The Lord sure provided for Ian! It's interesting that when his mother told him to show the doctor the number 10, that he did it in sign language. That seems very positive for showing good brain function.
