Same here in Britain and I still think satsumas taste better at Christmas maybe that is just because it is traditional and yes I have bought a tray of them for Christmas.

I find it amazing (and frightening) that Mr. Baker believes we should talk with Syria and Iran...even though he suggests Iran won't truly help. DUH! He could have saved lots of time and money and called any one of us on the Dose and we could have told him........IRAN hates us and wants us DEAD and Syria doesn't care one iota about helping us. They'd sell us down the river asap.
WHY would these people even think about "talking" to Iran?? I pray the President files their report in the circular file beneath his desk!

Night Jonny and thanks for the dose tonight I think we all needed it rough day what with Baker report etc.
Maybe you're close to my age. When I was a kid, citrus fruit was not really available in the winter. The Christmas oranges were a real treat, and our family always had grapefruit for Christmas breakfast.
Now, oranges are always available - maybe sometimes more expensive than others, but we don't have to wait for Christmas to get one.

Hi snugs. Cadbury chocolate...YUM! If we put these on our tree, the poor tree would be bare by Christmas ....my husband would pick off and eat all the chocolates. lol.
When I was younger we used to have to re-stock several times LOL
