OPINION: No religion needs special preference at an airport or on an airplane.

Actually, I remember many years ago when the religious sect of Indian Sikhs sued and demanded the right to carry a ceremonial dagger aboard any aircraft as a necessary part to the lawful practice of their religion because it was symbolic in nature. I don't recall that they were given any relief by US airlines, but I do remember the recently "Late" Jeff Cooper immediately declaring he was forming his own church and naming it Our Lady of Colt & The Resurrected 45 and that all holders of CCW permits were to be considered ordained priests thereof and thus be allowed similar injunctive relief for air travel. I'd have joined that cult on the spot!

I wouldn't fly with someone carrying a "ceremonial dagger," either.
