That should have been a penalty against USC, helmet to helmet on the QB.Extremely obvious one too.

Nice tackle, except that it was helmet to helmet. But of course these are Pac10 refs, so no call. Maybe a makeup for their screwup against USC down at the 5, but more likely just their typical ineptitude.
