While I'm not a smoker, and do not like being around people smoking, I think a lot of politicians and "civil servants" should be spending a lot of years rotting in jail for spending public funds to blatantly lie to voters.

Flyer, I was having the exact same thought. Ohioans should jam the lines with phony smoking reports.It's in the works. Bar people, both employees and patrons and regardless of whether or not they smoke, are severely POed. If I had been an active supporter of the ban, I would be very careful about who knows it.

By the time anyone responds to a tip call, the smoker will have finished the cigarette and walked away.They don't fine the smoker, they fine the bar for "allowing" smoking. It's all about the $$$$$.

Being from S.E. Michigan, I can relate to that.
We could stop this informing thing right quick by turning in every liberal we know. Give anonymous tips for the local DNC and union headquarters. Lets the cops march in there. Turn in the licence plates of health nazis and say they are smoking with kids in the car.
Lets try a million false alarms and see what happens.
