Where's the outrage? Where's David Letterman? Where is the oldstream media? Where are all of the so called civil rights activists? Where are the rhyming reverends? Also, read some of the comments post at the bottom of this link.

I, for one, am outraged at the lack of outrage.
Our tolerance will be our undoing.

Where is Michael Richards when you need him.

There will be a collective yawn from the mainstream media.
I cringe that they will be prosecuted for felony "hate crimes", all crimes are hate crimes, these Orwellian laws scare me.
To: Buffettfan
Where's the outrage?
That applies only to what whites do to minorities.
To: Buffettfan
Fifty years ago we would have had them upside down with forks in their a$$es.
To: Buffettfan
Your made-up inflammatory title not withstanding, it's a subject of considerable outrage and discussion in Long Beach. It's against the posting guidlines to change the title of an article btw.

It's not a hate crime when the victims are white... Hasn't Jesse Jackson taught you anything?

They are animals...just watch MTV.....
To: Buffettfan
They all know that racism among blacks is a myth so there is little relevance to this story.

She was trying to call 911 on her cell phone when the taunts began, but kept getting busy signals. She tried three times to call, she said, but never got through to an operator. I wonder how often that happens and we never hear about it.

It would be better if you used the original title and posted it a more timely fashion.

Very misleading title since 9 of the 11 attackers first arrested were young girls between the ages of 12 and 17.
To: Buffettfan
"Some of the 10 youths - nine girls and one boy ranging in age from 12 to 17 - were found wearing the victim's earrings - which were ripped from their flesh - and had Lauren's cell phone."
How stupid. LAUSD students perhaps?

It seems to me Buffettfan's posting of this article is a reaction to the ridiculous 600 post Michael Richards thread dominated by the deranged White Guilt Cult.

Which is the anomaly here, the black gang brutalizing white women or the black Samaritan?
