Shortly after the attack, police arrested 10 juveniles on a charge of felony hate crimes, including counts for assault with a deadly weapon, battery and robbery.
Maybe Jesse wouldn't think it a hate crime, but the police there did.

Jesse Jackson visited my high school in Alexandria after 9/11 and corralled all the students (regardless of religious or personal beliefs) into a giant circle in our auditorium to collectively chant "I am somebody!" and for him to "pray."
Not a smooth move at a school filled with not only Christians, but liberals, Jews, Asians, and non-Christians.
Jesse Jackson (and the rest of the so called "civil rights" leaders) are full of it.
