"The surgery was uneventful and quick, and they were able to start the stem cell harvest yesterday. That continues for a few days, and then he has five days of chemo, so it's back and forth to the hospital for a week or so. After that, the next phase and the schedule will kind of depend on how quickly he recovers from this round of chemo. We are thinking probably 'the big one' will start sometime in March."

"We did not really have a rooting interest in the Super Bowl, but had some friends over to watch the game and had a great time."
