BENTONVILLE, AR, November 15, 2006 (LifeSiteNews.com) - A graphic sex-ed manual promoting lesbianism to teenage girls has been dropped by Wal-Mart only days after LifeSiteNews.com published a story exposing Wal-Mart's sale of the controversial book.

Produced by St. Stephens' Community House in Toronto, the book is titled "The Little Black Book for Girlz: A Book on Healthy Sexuality". Parents were outraged when they learned of the book which gives detailed instruction for teens to engage in lesbian sex acts.

I give Walmart all kinds of credit! You should have seen how they smacked down John Edwards today.

I heard yesterday that Walmart said they didn't care if anyone liked it that they were going to promote that book because "kids need to learn about this part of life." America is in such a mess. With so many corrupt politicians on both sides, it's hard to set a good example for people to follow. When we've got so many homos in Congress, how can they really expect businesses to react responsibly?

Which is EXACTLY why I find this attack on WalMart by Life Site to be suspect. Why not attack the publisher, or at least Amazon along with WalMart?

Because vwee must have purity in zee companies vwee deal wisth. /fake accent

I really do feel sorry for people who refuse to weigh the good done by individuals and companies versus the percentage of 'bad'. They cut their nose of to spite their face.

Better be careful though. I saw a public announcement on the news the other day where the Salvation Army was asking for volunteers in my area to man the kettles. What happens if they accept a homosexual volunteer or an adulterous one? Well! I tell you what, based upon that I won't be throwing any of my change into their kettles!

I've been all over the Edwards thing since yesterday..........danged hypocrite - but what do you expect, he's a rat.

I've apparently been having a difficult time getting my position across here. I'm not condoning this book, not at all, but at the same time I refuse to condone the tactics being used to single out WalMart as some beast.

I go to WM to buy stuff, I talk to my pastor if I have a morality issue.

Want to give the exact precise source for that comment?

"When we've got so many homos in Congress"
So... according to that line of thought, all of our conservative problems can be solved if we just whack all homos...You think maybe that is where you ought to be spending your energies? Whacking homos ,and all around you the Dems are winning. What's wrong with that picture? I'm not gay, and don't support the gay lifestyle, but don't you see that you are being led down by a road by the wacko right? Don't you see there are dozens of more important things for one to worry about than a store selling a lousy book? If people spent as much money as they send Wildmon and his AFA actually promoting the conservative movement, we might get somewhere. This whole thing is a feel-good song and dance for the sheeple to lead them astray.

They cut their nose of to spite their face.

THAT has been exactly the point I have been trying to make throughout all of these threads. Yet on several of the threads I have been accused of supporting the gay agenda. All I have done is to hold those to the same standards as they hold others. Nothing more, nothing less.

LifeSite and AFA have shown to me to be nothing more than hypocrites driven by the seeking of donations by pandering to the lowest common denominator in the use of fear mongering.

"So, I'm confused. Are we for, or against Walmart this week?"

Aisle by aisle: for, against, for, for, for-and-a-half, 6 for and half-a-dozen set a aside for future evaluation, for-and-three-quarters, smiley face, smile.

Be careful, you're 'outing yourself.' LOL It sure sounds like you're gay, but dishonest about being gay. Why else does it touch such a nerve? You are totally overreacting. I stated a FACT. We do have a lot of homos in Congress. What do you expect people to do when they see such corrupted morals in Congress? FYI, I am a Christian, and I KNOW that homosexuality is a sin and it is wrong to try to seduce our kids into that lifestyle, and if you don't like that, it's just too darn bad. I stand by what I said, and I make NO apologies to you or anyone else.

..."Work with me on this concept... If Walmart wishes to attract more black people to its stores, does it have a right to place an ad in the local 'black' newspaper, showing pictures of happy black people using clothes from WalMart? How can you say No? " ...

Maybe I am too smart, or too stupid :)... but how can anyone equate a pervert behavior praticed by homosexuals with being BLACK? HUH?????......

To me this as different as day and night...

And we keep going back to the "5%" for a sale on click, and on and on and on. Ok forget the 5%! is the OTHER STUFF. PROMOTING HOMOSEXUAL BEHAVIOR is OFFENSIVE to CHRISTIAN VALUES. Period. SO Wal-Mart CHOOSE... the 2% of homos or the rest of us. You can NOT have it both ways... No as long as we on the other side of the equation feel offended. Very simple issue.

Where do you get the impression that LifeSite "assaults" Wal-Mart "all the time"? If only seen LifeSite object to one thing, aand that was this vcividly objectionable item. Getting that crap off the shelves certainly improves my life.

"'outing yourself.'"
Do you see clearly what you are now lead into doing. We are talking about a store selling a book, and because I asked you to support allegations about homos in Congress and someone saying that a person at Walmart said such-and-such, you are now saying I must be a person so stupid or dishonest that I don't even know I'm gay. But, you know! I am upset because people are being led around by the extreme left and the wacko-right into attacking WalMart. This is personal to me. I have a medicine I take that is now on their $4 list. Mr. Wildmon and his crowd never once helped me or anyone I know. But WalMart did!
