When your team is winning, be ready to be tough, because winning can make you soft. On the other hand, when your team is losing, stick by them. Keep believing. ---

Tragic. He's a fellow Miami University alum and I attended MU with his son also named Glenn.
He lived the ideals he preached.

God bless Bo and his family and friends.

Bo was a great coach and an even greater man. This should make tomorrow's game even more interesting.

WOW, how dramatic is this on the eve of the Biggest Big Game ever???? Michigan players and fans will be FIRED UP to win this one for Bo.
I remember vividly going to The Game three years ago in Ann Arbor. I was walking with friends to dinner downtown and we came across a sozable crowd milling around a popular restaurant. I went closer to see what the hubbub was about. It was a crowd simply watching Bo Schembechler eating dinner in this restaurant. Fans were lined up inside to get his autograph and just say hello. He was a rock star to Michigan fans.
RIP Bo.

as a comic aside, there is a gag band called "the dead Schembechlers" who play anti-Michigan/pro-OSU gag songs in Columbus bars.

I've been a Buckeye fan my entire adult life, but today, the Big 10 lost one of its legends. May Bo find eternal peace and hopefully Woody and Bo will be able to watch this game together. RIP BO, you were a giant among men.

He lived the ideals he preached. You are so right. This is a very sad day for us here in Michigan. We have truly lost a great friend. He was also a great spokesman for Dick Devos in his bid to unseat Governor Granholm. He will be missed by many.
