In his quest for the Republican presidential nomination, Arizona Sen. John McCain courted Thursday the group that vets conservative judicial nominees, the Federalist Society....
In his speech to a packed ballroom at a Washington hotel, McCain assured the group that despite last weeks sobering election returns for Republicans, the election was not an affirmation of the other partys program." ...

The reaction from the Federalists was polite, but not overwhelming. ...

NO TO MCCAIN and his loyal followers, Lindsey Graham and Bill Kristol.
Conservatives can never trust the author of the McCain-Feingold Campaign Finance Reform Bill. He stomped all over the First Amendment with that, and he doesn't support the Second Amendment. Why would he think any conservative would vote for such an anti-liberty agenda?
When will we have a nominee that wouldn't look a fool speaking to the Federalist Society?
NO to McCain!!!! (at least in the primary)
That part is true.
McPain at the Federalist Society?
Lol, hahahah, Lol
Wonder if he's willing to undergo a polygraph and then be asked what kind of judges he prefers?
If they gave him truth serum, he'd admit his wicked crush on R B Ginsburg.
Does he think we're that stupid? McCain (R-Media) will NEVER get the nomination. His "Gang of 14" screwed us with the judges for years, and now we're stuck with Plug-head as Chairman.
Kerry is scheduled to be on Fox News Sunday this weekend.
Wonder if there is just some way McCain will go away. He doesn't need to go away mad, just go away.
Wow--gang of 14, now he wants to talk about judges. The contempt poured on conservatives just keeps on pouring.
Didn't he also vote against Bush's tax cuts?
Pucker up John and keep kissing.
Which of Keating's 5 was McCain? (In importance.)
because he has never shared their enthusiasm for such causes as banning same-sex marriage.
