Correct. And since we have that 10-25 point deficit in playing field position then we need to make sure that we stay 25-50 points SMARTER than they are. Our side has done very well in that department, including tonight, and if we keep doing what we do best here at Free Republic, then we'll be FINE.

Howlin, if you are correct and the Republican party will "NOT ever ... go back to the days when the Extreme Right Wing runs this party. Never." The Republican party is going to get real small, real quick. And by "Extreme Right Wing" I assume you mean the Reagan days since that's the ONLY time the Republican party has ever been run by conservatives in my life time.
I have little faith about this state after seeing how badly Blackwell was beaten by Strickland.
I will not watch Fox after tonight. Never again.

You know this is the big problem ... these freshman will get there and be told they are obligated to vote the party line and it will be so far left.
