Hysteria. Yes. Makes us look like ninnies. Drives me nuts.
We may win, and we may lose. But either way I REFUSE to look like that infamous Dashell is saddened photo.

I remember doing just that kind of calculation on Bush v Gore in 2000 in FL. Then Miami-Dade and a couple of other counties last few precincts reported and had Gore winning 90% of the vote. Hope there are none left like that in VA tonight.
What happened in FL 2000 was that Voluchia Co had been reported wrongly. It was subtracted. So sure if part of the 73% in Va is wrongly totaled then the numbers might change a lot. But if the total is correct as we have been getting it, then this kind of calculation is fine.

No surprise that the rat media will leave hope open as LONG as possible in VA.
But make no bones about it. With almost 3/4 vote in, they are dying!
To: My2Cents
A lot of it depends on where the votes are coming from and where the votes that aren't in yet will come from.
If the precincts that are already in were all (or mostly) expected to be in Allen's camp, they can't call it. But if Allen were to get votes in what was expected to be Webb territory, it would be easier to call.

CNN Exit (for whatever it's worth) has 25% of blacks for Steele.
It'll be close, but I think he can pull it foo. Ditto Ehrlich.

Algore's cynical (almost criminal) challenge of the 2000 election may very well have been the watershed moment signaling the beginning of the end of our Republic.
I hope not but we will just have to wait and see.

I think it's a little early to say that. Such negativity astounds me. Have we learned nothing from 04?

Allen just got hit hard.
But from where?
To: Howlin
Mehlman also said, in not so many words, that it was going to be a long night, so, grab some pretzels and get hammered while awaiting the results.
