The House has nothing to do with appointing judges, nothing at all.

The only thing the House can do is impeach a federal judge.

Was that actually a concession speech? Wife called me and said she heard a whole lot of thank you's, but nothing about concession...

I'm quickly coming to the conclusion that if the Rats and most of the American people want to get out of Iraq we should. When we're attacked again and/or have to go back in 3 years from now because the Islamofacists have a new base it can be shoved in their here-and-now faces.

Looking at what is left out there, some heavy Dem and some heavy Rep counties, thye should split 50/50, So I am projecting Corker win, but I am a nobody. http://www.state.tn.us/sos/election/results/2004-11/prescounty.pdf http://www.state.tn.us/sos/election/results/2006-11/en4uss.pdf

And vote on important issues for the people who put them there. What a shame I am hearing we may have lost that.

Looks like Allen is going to hold on by a narrow margin.

No, when we are attacked again, we start carpet bombing countries with ANY related ties to terrorism and we lay the blame squarely on the democrats and the voters who put them in office. This war on terror which as of now is in Afghan and Iraq is within our reach of victory. If the left takes it, no more boots on the ground. Lay the blood of innocents at the feet of those that will fuq i up for the whole world. The American left.

On another note, look at the Governor race for Tenn. Dem is up 66% 237,000 131,000 YET

Corker is up 54% 191,000 to 158,000

So, they are crossing party lines.

I believe we'll be nuked before enough Americans realize the threat we face. We're too consumed with Dancing with the Stars and current feelings to see down the road. It happened in WWII and it's happening again.
