The networks are using a "formula" that includes exit polling to call the races.

Chrissy is just the kind of elitist vermin that think that any one that doesn't think like he does is stupid, racist or subhuman. I've worked for people like that. It was Hell.

I hope every single network makes a total fool of themselves! A very good possibility. They were already were predisposed to call these races this way before a single vote was counted. They want to be soooo right.
To: Mo1
I agree... WAY to early to tell...
I hope they all choke on it!

Way too early to call it for Casey IMO.

No I realize they call races based on exit polls, but I am wondering how the tabulated vote totals on CNN are much larger than the PA Dept of State numbers. What is the source for the numbers?

I'm on dialup, only looked at the Post-Gazette - they're going by AP's report based on exit polls. PA official election site has not changed since I first posted it : 0.03% or something like that 3/9000+ precincts. Must be from exit polls. Voting closed here at 8pm.

They gave Union County to Menendez, which is Kean's home county. They don't have any votes reported yet. What's up with that?
When will the media learn that it's not over until the fat lady sings!? According to exit polls, Gore and Kerry would be the president.

Shifting 15+ seats out of 465 total is no tsunami. The House and Senate majorities have been razor thin since 2002...talk about hyperbole, sheesh. The two chambers were split nearly 50/50 to begin with.
The dims are full of crap; and apparently so are more than a few Pubbies.

If a candidate does not carry a certain area with enough % where he is supposed to be strong then they are pretty much toast.
