Annapolis, MD, November 1, 2006 -- John White, Candidate for Congress in MD's Third Congressional District today announced his campaign has just received a significant cash infusion from the GOP. In thanking MD GOP Chairman John Kane, Governor Robert Ehrlich, and RNC Chairman Ken Mehlman, Mr. White stated, "Our campaign has gained significant momentum in the last few weeks. Wal-Mart's announcement for the new $4 prescription program in MD, and the Common Causes's CNN story on special interest money in our race, have caused national attention on our campaign. A Steele victory will in effect be a two-fer, one less rat, one more pubbie.
It will be interesting if this becomes crucial to control of the senate.
I'm not particularly concerned about the GOP losing either chamber. I think the Dems will have significant gains in gov races.
How is he doing?
I'm also optimistic. I think most of this polling disinformation is nothing more than glorified push polls.
