JOHN WHITE, REPUBLICAN CANDIDATE FOR CONGRESS IN THE THIRD CONGRESSIONAL DISTRICT OF MARYLAND RECEIVES LATE FINANCIAL SUPPORT FROM GOP

Annapolis, MD, November 1, 2006 -- John White, Candidate for Congress in MD's Third Congressional District today announced his campaign has just received a significant cash infusion from the GOP. In thanking MD GOP Chairman John Kane, Governor Robert Ehrlich, and RNC Chairman Ken Mehlman, Mr. White stated, "Our campaign has gained significant momentum in the last few weeks. Wal-Mart's announcement for the new $4 prescription program in MD, and the Common Causes's CNN story on special interest money in our race, have caused national attention on our campaign. We are grateful that the party has recognized our ability to win this race. This money will help pay for a final television ad campaign on both network and cable, to get our message to the voters.”

For some reason I'm not as concerned about the house as I am the senate and I think an absolute key to that will be Steele.

A Steele victory will in effect be a two-fer, one less rat, one more pubbie.

It will be interesting if this becomes crucial to control of the senate.

I'm not particularly concerned about the GOP losing either chamber. I think the Dems will have significant gains in gov races.

hope yer right coop.

I'm also optimistic. I think most of this polling disinformation is nothing more than glorified push polls.

We'll know pretty soon.

Remember, we have a special this year:
Dims vote on November 8!

Thanks for the flag.

Let's hope that Mr. White takes it. We sure don't need Baby Sarbanes in there.
