BAGHDAD, Iraq - Iraq's prime minister on Saturday urged his countrymen to accept the impending verdict against Saddam Hussein without violence, then in the next breath declared the former dictator must get "what he deserves" with the decision that could send him to the gallows.

Dang. I was hoping for post #666 on the Saddam death thread. Oh well, it's more appropriate you got it, I suppose.
LOL! And I wasn't even trying.

My brain must be frozen! I just now got what you meant by #666! LOL I went out to the workshop to stoke the fire and missed a few comments. BTW, I looked at the thermometer on the way back in and it's -10. I do believe winter is coming.

Nope - I'm baking one sweet and one savory. George Washington pumpkin pie was really a custard baked right in the little pie pumpkin. I haven't done one, but always wanted to, so will be doing that soon.
The other, I'll stuff with a dressing and bake it, too, but haven't decided exactly what kind yet. These are pretty small punkins.
The 3rd one will be a vase for fall flowers, not baked.

It's a joke, son.
Plant a tree, raise a child, start a company, touch a heart, save a life, create an idea are all things that are longer than a life.
Even if one restricts it to this mortal coil.

The speeches supposedly have no legal consequence. Is that kind of like their 'last words' they'll be able to give in public or is it a petition like deal directed toward the judge.
Sentencing phase has begun per FNC

FNC finally has it now too!
Sheeeeeesh.

LOL .. didn't see your post. I'm never without whole wheat
tortillas .. I love 'em. I use them for my pizza cheats in
the toaster oven and the "crust" when I make quiche or omelettes.

Oh, yeah, I love them, too. Treasure them. I don't eat them whole like some people do, I actually shell every single one of them - that's why I slap hands if anyone tries to take them, lol!

It should be a while. The videos are delayed 30 minutes, but the newswires usually get the info out earlier.
