I have to think if you tallied up the endless bills and societal costs for the millions of unplanned children, broken homes, and the rest of the "Great Society" that things we a lot less costly to us back when we had the brass to say, "Shame on you, unwed mother. It's not our job to clean up after you, and don't do it again!"

Your opinion. That's fine. I disagree, as do many, many others. Either way, I don't see that our government should be wasting money on it.
