This is really strange. Langkawi is a resort island, similar to Phuket in Thailand. I was there in '94 for a few days. Incidents like this will dry up the tourist trade real fast.

Considering living in Malaysia? Sheesh. I have come in contact with so many "well-travelled" naifs. It is hard to shake in them the complacency they have from living their lives in the US.
