Kinda' like all those low level government employees you run into every week at the city, state and federal level.
The low level union thug chews gum, looks at their hands, putters around the desk, anything to keep from having to help you in a speedy fashion. They act as if you are some link of problem, not like they are there to help you.
Our local post office never had lines except at tax time and Christmas. They got rid of the old guys and hired some young job-set-aside people. Now it's Chat, Chat, Chat as the line gets longer and longer and longer every day.
Yes, good info but nothing happens, they continue to destroy lives with impunity, I see no improvement. My son's life was destroyed by a judge similar to this one, I know how they are first hand. They have absolute power, try going against one but have bond money available--and a plan to carry on your changed life because you will have lost a number of "rights" and branded for life as well.

Talon, You're correct. The spectator was the defendants' brother. His "crime" was sighing and walking out. His sighing was intrepreted by this wacko judge as "explosive response"! I have to think there's some possible litigation against her for this.

Are judges in Utah appointed? Or are the passed down from generation to generation? If so, I think her family needs more branches.
