For real power in California, see Dianne Feinstein. The U.S. senator is the Momma Bear of California politics.
These days, the coverage of the U.S. Senate race has engendered nothing but pity for the unfortunately named Dick Mountjoy, her Republican opponent, whose campaign photos come with their own helpful captions.
Here is another point about the Feinstein ads: They bring out Feinstein Voters. And that could help Angelides, whose campaign has been struggling. (Feinstein and her husband, Dick Blum, also have donated $200,000 to the state Democratic Party this election.)
Feinstein already has given Angelides the best advice of the campaign: "Don't let yourself smirk in between thoughts."

Diane Feinstein and Phil Angelides.
I am surprised the LAT ran this awful picture of her.
Feinstein, and the Dems in general motto is, the terrorists may cut off your head, or Ill might burn you to a crisp, but at least you will have green grass, and a blue sky, as your final memories of life on mother earth.
Feinstein in China.
Dude, it's California. A place where Nancy Pelosi is considered far too moderate for the taste of most people...
Not so. Green grass needs CO2 to live. But according to the left its a pollutant. And according to the indoctrinated government school children we would be better off if we would clean all the CO2 out of the air.
Face it the Democrats, enviormentalists and the "green" party are anti-plant.
Some of the happiest moments of my life have included the opportunity to vote against both Barbara Boxer and Diane Feinstein in their California Senate races. I always savored the moment. I recently cast my ballot for Richard Mountjoy, btw.
And now, my faithful lapdog, I shall stroke you lovingly with THE CLAW...
That thumb is terrifyingly unnatural looking.
Missouri knows nothing of CA. Pelosi is not mainstream CA, she's left of it although not quite in Maxine Waters territory or that of some of our state legislators.
